Remedy for skin rashes

A rash is an irritated or swollen area on the skin. It is a visible skin outbreak with bumps, colour change, crack or even blister.  Usually rashes are itchy, scaly, red, painful, raw and irritated.

Common Symptoms:

  • Skin Bumps
  • Reddishness
  • Cracks
  • Blister
  • Itchy or Scaly
  • Irritated skin

Common Causes:

  • Insect bites
  • Fungal infection
  • Heat rash (Prickly heat due to exposure to sun)
  • Hard chlorinated water
  • Allergy
  • Eczema
  • Psoriasis

Natural Remedies:

  • Apply Olive oil
    • it is rich in vitamin E and antioxidants promotes soothing and healing
  • Apply Baking soda to reduce itch
    • It has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties and gives relief from itching and swelling
  • Apply Aloe Vera
    • Has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory properties and help soothing skin
  • Apply Apple Cider Vinegar
    •  The raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar has antibacterial and anti-fungal substances in it.
  • Oatmeal bath
    • It helps skin with itchiness, dryness or eczema
